Latest News –Team Star Inn are holding an Auction of Promises and Goodies on 7^th June 6:30 at the Star. Tickets are £10 and include a buffet and a glass of champagne. Sponsorship – Thanks to the generosity of people like you, I now have £1153 in sponsorship. This does not include anything that Team Star Inn have raised as a whole.

Training – is generally going really well. I have been training since 31^st December and have now done more than 1130 miles. My longest ride so far is 46 miles. I intended to do a 50 mile ride last weekend but I had a spoke break 10 miles into the ride and had to limp home. To see more on how my training is going click here

Weight Reduction – better than last week, at least I have lost weight this week. I wanted to lose about 3 stones in total and should have lost well over 2 stones by now, but I have only lost just over one and a half. To see more on how my weight loss is going click here
